Italy or Tirana for gradual temple recession?

Hi everyone, I’m a graphic designer from Bologna and have noticed my temples slowly receding over the last few years. I’m comparing clinics in Italy and Tirana, mainly looking at communication, aftercare, travel and total cost rather than just the cheapest option. I’ve heard mixed reviews and some negative experiences from others about certain clinics in both countries, so I’d really appreciate recent experiences from European patients.
