Albania vs Turkey for a small FUE procedure?

Hi everyone, I’m from Italy and researching FUE for gradual temple recession. I’ve been comparing clinics in Tirana and Istanbul, and the price difference isn’t always as big as I expected. For those who looked at both countries, what helped you decide where to go?

I’m in Italy too and looking mostly at Tirana because it’s a much shorter trip than Istanbul for a small FUE. I’ve heard mixed opinions about different clinics, so I’m comparing how detailed the consultation is and how easy the follow-up will be after I get back to Bologna. Cost matters, but good communication is probably my biggest factor.
