Italy or Albania for a first hair transplant?

Hi everyone, I’m from Bologna and I’ve been comparing clinics in Italy and Tirana for my first hair transplant because my temples have slowly receded over the last few years. The price difference is noticeable, but I’m also thinking about follow-up visits and travel. Has anyone here compared both options before making a decision?
