I’m from Bologna too and I’m comparing Milan with Tirana for my first FUE. The prices in Tirana are definitely more attractive, but I’m paying more attention to how clear the consultation is and how easy the follow-up will be after I get home. I’ve also looked at VatanMed Albania while comparing options, but I still haven’t decided.
