I’m also from Bologna and I’m comparing Milan with Tirana for my temple area. The prices in Tirana are definitely more attractive, but I’m paying more attention to how clear the consultation is and what the follow-up looks like after I get back to Italy. I’ve heard mixed opinions about different clinics, including Akel Hair Transplant Clinic, so I’m still undecided.
